The Flats. About the only place where you can do some good drag racing. There were lights set up on Memorial Day weekend - thanks to the guy who did this!!! 
I'm told this is called Single Crater. It's a fairly large and steep crater at the SouthEast-ish part of the OHV area. The bottom picture shows somebody coming down on the middle-left part of the picture (you can only see the dust trail).
Here's 5 pictures from the more-or-less center part of the OHV area. The top 2 pics show $100 hill and the side of Double Crater and the others are some views from some of the hills.
