Directions: From Flagstaff travel North on Highway 89 about 8 miles past the mall (there's only one mall, you can't miss it). Keep an eye out for a small sign on the right side of the road that says "Cinders OHV Area). You will turn East on Forest Service Road 776 and you're there. Very easy. Once you are on the dirt road go about 1/2 mile or so and you will be into the open OHV area. See the map below. Altitude is between about 6900'' and 7900'. Click HERE for GPS coordinates.
