Coral Pink Sand Dunes, near Kanab, UT

Directions: From Kanab, UT go 8 miles North on highway 89 to Hancock Road. Travel West on Hancock Road for about 9 until it stops at Route 43. At this point you will see the dunes. Travel South on Route 43 about .3 miles to come to the entrance of the free camping are called the Meadows, go about 2.8 miles to get to the entrance of the day use area or the pay camping area.

You must have a Utah OHV sticker - even if you have a sticker form another state (new Utah rule). I never saw the Rangers checking when I was there. Must have a whip flag and wear a helmet if you are under 18 years old.

Altitude is between about 5500' and 6500'.
