Desert Oasis Campground. Very nice people run the place and it looks like they are working hard to make a nice campground. Right now it is all camping on dirt but they are planting trees and hopefully some grass soon. This is the dry camping area closest to the entrance. There is also a little store nearby. |

The third area - dry camping but also closest to the dunes. It is about 1/4 mile or so on a sandy whooped trail to the dunes. |
I would really like to see this campground take off and have continued imnprovements. The owners are friendly, it is close to the big dunes (about a mile or so East of Thunder Mountain) and it has full hookups. |
